This Statement concerns the handling of personal data, face image and other information in the course of recording of the program of DoRich Youth (“We”).
本聲明為DoRich Youth（下稱「本公司」）就本公司的課程進行攝錄的個人資料, 臉部影像和其他資訊處理政策聲明。

Personal data, face image and other information recorded and processed
We will use recording systems to record the entire training process (video and audio) at the training room and the breakout room, which may include your and participant’s personal data, face image and other information.
本公司將於整個課程進行期間在訓練房間及休息室使用攝錄系統進行記錄（包括影像及聲音）, 其中可能包括您和課程參加者的個人資料, 臉部影像和其他資訊。
We record the training process for the purpose of managing, evaluating and improving the quality of the program. You hereby agree that we use your and participant’s personal data, face image and other information for the aforesaid purpose.
本公司就課程錄影為管理, 評估及提升有關課程的質素。您特此同意我們將您和課程參加者的個人資料, 臉部影像和其他資訊用於上述目的。

Use of personal data, face image and other information
Only the person in charge and our authorized staff, instructors, course consultants and service providers can view and process the relevant information for the aforesaid purpose. We will not provide the information to any third party.
只有本公司負責人及其授權的職員, 導師, 課程顧問及服務供應商才可以為了上述目的查看及處理相關資料。
本公司不會將有關資料向任何第三方提供。

Duration for data preservation
The recording will be kept for one year after the program, after which the recording will be securely deleted or destroyed.
有關記錄的保存期間為該課程結束後一年, 之後將被安全地刪除或銷毀。
5.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects are entitled to the right to access and modify (to the extent they are modifiable) their personal data, face image and other information. When exercising the right of access, they can apply to us in writing and may need to pay a reasonable fee.
資料當事人有權查閱並修改（在可修改的範圍內）個人資料, 臉部影像和其他資訊，在行使查閱權時需以書面方式向本公司負責人提出，並可能需繳付合理費用。
