課程參加者接送安排

為了提供更理想的學習環境，DoRich Youth已於所有分所學習中心實施下述課程參加者接送安排，以保安全。詳情如下：
本學習中心將使用「接送卡」，使用方法如下：
1.
成功報名後，我們將為每名課程參加者的家長／監護人登記。
2.
登記家長／監護人將在第一節課開始當日，獲派一張實體「接送卡」，接送卡將印有課程參加者姓名。若登記家長／監護人需同時接送多於一位課程參加者，請在報名時說明，「接送卡」將印有多於一位課程參加者的姓名。
3.
家長／監護人接送課程參加者時，須出示獲派的實體「接送卡」，本學習中心並不接受任何手機或列印代替圖片。
4.
如接送課程參加者之家長／監護人並非同一人，請於接送時將「接送卡」交予接待處同事；由接回課程參加者之家長／監護人再到接待處向本學習中心同事取回「接送卡」。
5.
請家長／監護人準時接送課程參加者。
重要條款及細則
請家長／監護人細閱本通告，清楚瞭解本學習中心最新的課程參加者接送安排內容、「接送卡」使用方法及相關重要細則。
1.
為保障貴子弟的安全，倘若接送課程參加者人士未能出示「接送卡」，本學習中心將會直接聯絡登記家長／監護人，待確認有關人士身份，方可讓貴子弟離開本學習中心。
3.
選擇自行放學之課程參加者於離開本學習中心後，一切風險由家長／監護人自行承擔，本學習中心不會負上任何責任。如課程參加者未能出示「自行放學卡」，本學習中心有權不讓課程參加者自行離開。
4.
為更有效地維持秩序，本學習中心老師會先讓上課學生進入課室就座，再讓下課學生排隊放學。
5.
基於安全及責任理由，本學習中心職員並不會帶課程參加者到本學習中心以外範圍的地方放學（本學習中心範圍只包括課室及接待處），煩請家長／監護人安排人手，到本學習中心接送課程參加者。
6.
各分學習中心已正式全面實施上述課程參加者接送安排。
7.
本學習中心職員將嚴格執行上述課程參加者接送安排，以確保貴子弟安全。如對上述安排有任何疑問，歡迎致電就讀分學習中心向職員查詢。
8.
一切有關本安排之詳情、條款及細則以英文版本為準。DoRich Youth 保留最終解釋權。

DoRich Youth Participant Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangements
To ensure a safe learning environment, DoRich Youth has implemented the following pick-up and drop-off procedures at all branches:
1.
After registration, we will register each participant’s parent / guardian.
2.
On the first day of class, the registered parent / guardian will receive a physical Pick-up Card with the participant's name. If the registered parent / guardian has to pick up more than one participant, please let us know during registration so we can include all names in the card.
3.
Parents / guardians must show the physical Pick-up Card when picking up participants. Mobile phone images or printed copies will not be accepted.
4.
If the pick-up person is different from the drop-off person, please hand over the Pick-up Card to our reception staff when dropping off. The pick-up person can then collect the Pick-up Card from our reception staff.
5.
Please be punctual when dropping off and picking up participants.
Important Terms and Conditions
Parents / guardians, please read this notice carefully to understand our latest Participant Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangements and the use of Pick-up Cards.
1.
For your child’s safety, if the pick-up person does not show the Pick-up Card, we will contact the registered parent / guardian to verify their identity before allowing the child to leave.
2.
We highly encourage parents / guardians to personally pick up their children. If your children (P4 and above) will be allowed to leave on their own, please request a Self-dismissal Card form, agree to the terms and conditions, and return the completed form to us.
3.
For participants with a Self-dismissal Card, parents / guardians assume all risks once their children leave the learning centre, and we shall not be held liable for such. Participants without the Self-dismissal Card will not be permitted to leave on their own.
4.
To maintain order, teachers will arrange incoming participants to seat before dismissing the participants from the previous class.
5.
For safety reasons, our staff will not escort participants outside the area of learning centre (area of learning centre shall only include classrooms and reception area). Please arrange for pick-up within the area of the learning centre accordingly.
6.
These Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangements are now in effect at all branches.
7.
Our staff will strictly follow these procedures to ensure your children’s safety. If you have any questions, please contact the staff at our branch.
